PRIME VIDEO ORIGINALS
The Prime Video July 2025 programming includes the following Originals.
Heads of State (Streaming July 2)
The British Prime Minister (Idris Elba) and US President (John Cena) have a not-so-friendly rivalry that risks their countries’ alliance. But when they become targets of a powerful enemy, they’re begrudgingly forced to go on the run and rely on each other.
Allied with Noel, a brilliant MI6 agent (Priyanka Chopra Jonas), they must find a way to thwart a conspiracy that threatens the free world.

Ballard (Streaming July 9)
Detective Renée Ballard plunges into a web of murder and corruption as she hunts a ruthless serial killer and uncovers a sinister police conspiracy that threatens everything she stands for.
With her own demons nipping at her heels, Ballard must outwit both criminals and colleagues to bring long-overdue justice to the victims and their families.

One Night in Idaho: The College Murders (Streaming July 11)
In the middle of the night on November 13th, 2022, four University students were brutally murdered in an off-campus house in the quiet college town of Moscow, Idaho.
With exclusive and intimate access to figures closest to the victims, One Night in Idaho: The College Murders explores the emotional twists and turns of this American tragedy and its continued fallout.

Surf Girls: International (Streaming July 17)
Surf Girls: International follows five up-and-coming female surfers representing their home countries as they travel the world competing in the Challenger Series. This season will feature the stories of both new and returning athletes who are forging their own paths in the world of female surfing.
To achieve their dreams of earning a coveted spot on the World Surf Tour, they must develop as surfers, overcome their own personal struggles, and navigate the challenges of the international spotlight.

Justice on Trial (Streaming July 21)
Does the First Amendment to the Constitution protect all speech? If not, why not? How do you know the boundaries? Who gets to decide what we teach our children in school? How and why can the evidence of a dead body be suppressed, thereby freeing the murderer?
Judge Judy Sheindlin puts the American justice system on trial in a true crime high-stakes courtroom drama, as she and her expert legal team recreate the trials from notorious cases where following the letter of the law did not necessarily feel “just.”

Shiny Happy People: A Teenage Holy War (Streaming July 23)
Teen Mania captivated a generation of fervent evangelical Millennial kids with adrenaline-fueled, ecstatic religious experiences through “Acquire the Fire” rallies.
But beneath the glittering surface lurked sadistic boot camps, staged martyrdom drills, and fascism disguised as faith, transforming innocent teens into fanatical soldiers, with devastating consequences still unfolding today.
