Prime Video April 2026 Movie and TV Titles Announced

Prime Video has announced the lineup of movies and TV shows coming to the service in April. The Prime Video April 2026 lineup includes new Amazon original movies, TV shows, and specials.

Members can look forward to Originals such as Absolute Value of Romance, American Gladiators, Balls Up, The Boys Season 5, Fist of the North Star, The House of the Spirits, Jerry West: The Logo, Kevin, LOL 6: Chi Ride è Fuori, Naughty Business, New Bandits Season 2, Nippon Sangoku: The Three Nations of the Crimson Sun, and Vengeance.

The Prime Video April 2026 programming includes the following Originals.

Nippon Sangoku: The Three Nations of the Crimson Sun (Streaming April 5)
In a near-future Japan where civilization has collapsed following nuclear war, natural disasters, and tyrannical governance, a revolution has sparked. Japan has entered a new era of Samurai warfare….

Young Shoguns rise to reunify the country. In a post-collapse Japan divided into three nations— East, West, and Imperial Territory—chaos reigns. Amid the turmoil, a young man named Aoki Misumi rises. Destined to become a legendary strategist, his battle to reunify the nation begins now!

The Boys Season 5 (Streaming April 8)
In the fifth and final season, it’s Homelander’s world, completely subject to his erratic, egomaniacal whims. Hughie, Mother’s Milk, and Frenchie are imprisoned in a “Freedom Camp.” Annie struggles to mount a resistance against the overwhelming Supe force. Kimiko is nowhere to be found.

But when Butcher reappears, ready and willing to use a virus that will wipe all Supes off the map, he sets in motion a chain of events that will forever change the world and everyone in it. It’s the climax, people. Big stuff’s gonna happen.

Fist of the North Star Season 1 (Streaming April 11)
In a postapocalyptic world, humanity has risen from the ashes of all-out nuclear war to a nightmare of endless suffering. It is a time of chaos. Warlords and gangs of savage marauders rule the broken ruins of civilization, terrorizing and enslaving the survivors. Life has become a brutal struggle for existence…and death the only release.

Balls Up (Streaming April 15)
In this raunchy, over-the-top comedy, marketing executives Brad (Mark Wahlberg) and Elijah (Paul Walter Hauser) go “balls out” and pitch a bold full‑coverage condom sponsorship with the World Cup.

After their drunken celebration in Brazil sparks a global scandal, they must outrun furious fans, criminals, and power-hungry officials to salvage their careers and make it home alive.

Jerry West: The Logo (Streaming April 16)
Jerry West: The Logo examines the price of greatness and the man who paid it, as the notoriously private and enigmatic West opens up with rare candor about his private struggles with depression, the marriage that crumbled under the weight of his obsession, his complicated relationship with fatherhood, and the persistent feeling of being an outsider even as he achieved what others only dream of.

This film captures West in his most vulnerable and reflective moments, offering audiences a side of the legend they’ve never seen—the man behind the logo, wrestling with his demons, his legacy, and the question of what it all meant.

Absolute Value of Romance (Streaming April 17)
A fresh and witty romance set in a high school, Absolute Value of Romance follows Yeo Eui-ju, a quiet student with a double life. By day, she’s an unassuming high schooler; by night, she secretly writes web novels and dreams of literary fame.

But success feels far away — until inspiration strikes in the form of four irresistibly charming new teachers, whose arrival sends both her school and her stories into overdrive. Absolute Value of Romance is a youthful coming-of-age drama packed with clumsy teenage moments, bittersweet laughter, and a whole lot of heart.

American Gladiators (Streaming April 17)
American Gladiators returns with 24 contenders from across the country battling 16 fierce new Gladiators in classic events like Joust, Powerball, Hang Tough, and The Wall — plus new games like The Ring and Collision. One man and one woman will fight their way to $100,000 and ultimate Gladiator glory.

Vengeance (Streaming April 17)
The brutal murder of his wife turns Carlos Estrada, a special forces military hero, into a man with a single purpose: revenge. After a twist of fate makes him a millionaire, Carlos turns his fortune into an arsenal and, alongside his closest soldiers, sets out to hunt down those responsible.

Kevin (Streaming April 20)
After his human “owners” unexpectedly break up, Kevin decides to break up with them, too. He leaves home and moves into a local pet rescue in Astoria, Queens, where a band of misfit animals helps him discover what he truly wants out of life.

LOL 6: Chi Ride è Fuori (Streaming April 23)
The sixth season of LOL: Last One Laughing, the record-breaking Original comedy show in six episodes, produced in Italy by Endemol Shine Italy for Amazon MGM Studios, arrives on Prime Video.

Carlo Amleto, Valentina Barbieri, Giovanni Esposito, Barbara Foria, Sergio Friscia, Francesco Mandelli, Paola Minaccioni, Scintilla, UfoZero2 and Yoko Yamada will compete to keep a straight face for six consecutive hours while trying, at the same time, to make their opponents laugh, in order to win a final prize of €100,000 for a charity chosen by the winner.

Overseeing the hilarious comedy challenge from the control room, acting as referees and hosts, will be Alessandro Siani and Angelo Pintus. This year, however, they will be able to count on special help: Federico Basso and Andrea Pisani, their “aces up their sleeve”, ready to step in and put the contestants to the test with the goal of making them laugh.

Naughty Business (Cochinas) (Streaming April 24)
Valladolid, 1998. Nines, a conservative housewife, must take charge of the family video store when her husband falls into a coma. Upon discovering the business is bankrupt, she decides to specialise in a profitable genre. With the help of Chon, the outspoken employee, and Agu, a diehard cinephile, Nines transforms “Dorothy” into the city’s first adult video store and makes it the epicentre of an earthquake among the neighbourhood women.

New Bandits Season 2 (Streaming April 24)
In the midst of the war against the Maleiros, Dilvânia finds strength in her faith and assumes the spiritual leadership of the Brotherhood, while Ubaldo and Dinorah confront Gastão and Paulino head-on, trying to put an end to the corruption and violence plaguing Cratará.

The House of the Spirits (Streaming April 29)
Based on Isabel Allende’s internationally acclaimed novel, The House of the Spirits is an eight-episode epic family saga spanning half a century, centered on three generations of women—Clara, Blanca, and Alba—in a conservative South American country shaped by class struggle, political upheaval, and magic.

NBA on Prime (2026)
Prime Video continues its global NBA coverage throughout April as the regular season concludes and the postseason begins. As teams battle for playoff positioning, NBA on Prime remains the exclusive streaming destination for select NBA matchups globally, delivering marquee games and key late-season moments to fans worldwide.

Prime Video is also the exclusive home for all six games of the 2026 SoFi NBA Play-In Tournament, which determines the seventh and eighth playoff seeds in each conference. Games take place Tuesday, April 14; Wednesday, April 15; and Friday, April 17. Following the Play-In Tournament, NBA Playoffs First Round coverage begins April 18, with additional games throughout the month.
