Nobody Wants This Renewed for a Fourth Season
Netflix has renewed Nobody Wants This for a fourth season, continuing the story of Joanne (Kristen Bell), Noah (Adam Brody), and their families. The new season will be filmed in Los Angeles.
Season Three premiered on October 22, 2026, delivering the largest opening week for a returning comedy series this year. It entered the Global Top 10 and accumulated 13.4 million views in its first two weeks. Across all three seasons, the series has achieved 78.5 million cumulative views and reached the Top 10 in 89 countries.

The last time viewers saw Joanne and Noah, they had a lot to celebrate on the shores of Malibu. First, there was Joanne’s planned mikvah, which finalized her conversion to Judaism. Then there was the couple’s surprise beach wedding.
“They’re married in the eyes of God, but not in the eyes of anyone else yet,” co-showrunner and executive producer Jenni Konner said. “There are a lot of people who are going to find out that Noah and Joanne are married when we come back.”

Nobody Wants This was created by Erin Foster, who is also a showrunner alongside Konner and Bruce Eric Kaplan. “We are so happy and thrilled to do another season of our favorite show on television, which coincidentally is the one we run,” said Foster, Konner, and Kaplan in a statement.
“Great love stories never go out of style, and Nobody Wants This has become a true cultural phenomenon,” commented Tracey Pakosta, Netflix’s US vice president of comedy series. “This incredible creative team has built a show that grows with its audience, and our members around the world have embraced it season after season. We cannot be more excited for Season 4.”

In the third season, Joanne and Noah are moving into a home — and a relationship — that finally feels solid, embracing every exciting “first” that comes with building their life together. Sasha (Timothy Simons) and Esther (Jackie Tohn) are thrust back into the dating world, whether they like it or not, stumbling through all the awkwardness (and unexpected thrill) of getting to know someone new.
Morgan (Justine Lupe) takes her career to the next level, on her way to becoming an (almost) media sensation. Meanwhile, Sasha and Morgan have been circling something neither of them has been able to admit.

The executive producers include Erin Foster, Jenni Konner, Bruce Eric Kaplan, Kristen Bell, Sara Foster, Nora Silver, Steven Levitan, Danielle Stokdyk and Jeff Morton, along with Oly Obst, who executive produces for 3arts. The series is produced by 20th Television for Netflix.
The cast of the third season also includes Stephanie Faracy, Michael Hitchcock, Paul Ben-Victor, Tovah Feldshuh, Andrew Rannells, Sarah Silverman, Shiloh Bearman, and Sherry Cola.
