Paramount has announced the lineup of movies, TV shows, and live sports coming to the Paramount+ streaming service in October. The Paramount Plus October 2024 schedule includes the second season of the espionage thriller series Lioness, the final season of Star Trek: Lower Decks, and the new Halloween special SpongeBob SquarePants: Kreepaway Kamp.

With All Hallows Eve fast approaching, viewers will feel a tingle down their spine as the Paramount+ Peak Screaming collection casts its spell on every member of the household, and soccer enthusiasts around the world are fired up for the kickoff of the UEFA Champions League.

Inspired by an actual U.S. military program, Lioness follows the life of Joe (Zoe Saldaña) while she attempts to balance her personal and professional life as the tip of the CIA’s spear in the war on terror. In season two, as the CIA’s fight moves closer to home, Joe and the team enlist a new operative to infiltrate a previously unknown threat.

With pressure mounting from all sides, Joe is forced to confront the profound personal sacrifices she has made as the leader of the Lioness program.

Star Trek: Lower Decks has boldly gone where no Trek series has gone before. The franchise’s first foray into adult animation begins its final voyage this October with the premiere of season five.

The citizens of Bikini Bottom are up to some spooky shenanigans this October in the new Halloween special SpongeBob SquarePants: Kreepaway Kamp. While at a reunion at Kamp Koral, our intrepid campers start disappearing one by one until they uncover a mysterious figure lurking in the shadows.

Viewers beware! The heart-pounding Peak Screaming collection is back with a monster-sized lineup of thrills to haunt your screens this Halloween season. The popular collection has expanded with more genre-defining hits and perennial favorites than ever before, featuring over 450 new originals, fan-favorite horror movies, and unforgettable Halloween episodes from beloved series.

This year’s fresh batch of frights include the edge-of-your-seat thrill ride A Quiet Place: Day One from Paramount Pictures, the new Paramount+ original Apartment 7A, a mysterious prequel to the cult classic Rosemary’s Baby, and a special Halloween episode of CBS’ Ghosts.

The UEFA Champions League season is back in full swing with a new format and more matches than ever. Every single match streams live on Paramount+, including rematches of four of the past five UCL Finals during the League Phase. Key matches in October include Arsenal vs. PSG (Oct. 1), Real Madrid vs. Borussia Dortmund (Oct. 22) and Barcelona vs. Bayern Munich.

Next month, Pulp Fiction turns 30. The movie changed cinema forever with a wildly unconventional story that took audiences inside L.A.’s seedy underbelly. Director Quentin Tarantino threw caution to the wind, creating a blazingly original masterpiece brought to life by John Travolta, Uma Thurman, and Samuel L. Jackson while establishing himself as one of history’s most inventive filmmakers. Fans can relive the magic on Paramount+.

PARAMOUNT PLUS OCTOBER 2024 HIGHLIGHTS

October brings fall television into full swing with a fleet of premieres on CBS that Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers can stream live as they air. You won’t want to miss the debuts of the brand new series NCIS: Origins, Matlock, Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage, and The Summit, as well as new seasons of Tracker, Elsbeth, Ghosts, Fire Country, and more.

Another title joining the Paramount+ library in October is Killing Eve, a British spy thriller created by Phoebe Waller-Bridge and starring Sandra Oh and Jodie Comer. Viewers can stream all four seasons of the show starting October 28.

A new generation of Transformers robots—the first to be born on Earth—joins together with the humans who welcome and care for them, redefining what it means to be a family.
