You’re Killing Me First Look with Brooke Shields

Acorn TV today released a first-look teaser and photos for its new original series, You’re Killing Me. The six-episode murder mystery series premieres this spring.

Created by Robin Bernheim Burger, You’re Killing Me is executive-produced by Brooke Shields, who stars along with Amalia Williamson (Sullivan’s Crossing) and Golden Globe-nominated Tom Cavanagh (The Flash, Ed).

Set in a quaint New England town, the mystery follows bestselling novelist, Allie (Shields), who forms an unlikely alliance with an aspiring writer and podcaster, Andi (Williamson), to find the killer of a close friend.

Cavanagh stars as Jack, the new lead detective of the local Police Department and a former city slicker who is trying to acclimate to the quirks of small-town life.

You’re Killing Me is a co-production between Topsail Entertainment and Shaftesbury. Bernheim and Shields executive produce alongside James Genn (The Good Doctor, Ginny and Georgia, Charmed), who will also direct episodes 101 and 102, Michael Volpe for Topsail, and Christina Jennings and Scott Garvie for Shaftesbury.

Scott Smith (The Magicians, Call Me Fitz, Skins) directs episodes 103 and 104, and Paul Fox (Schitt’s Creek, The Dark Hours, Anne with an E) directs episodes 105 and 106.
