The Miniature Wife Trailer and Key Art Unveiled by Peacock
Peacock has unveiled the official trailer and key art for the comedy-drama series The Miniature Wife, based on the short story by Manuel Gonzales. All 10 episodes of the series will premiere on April 9, 2026.
The Miniature Wife is a dramedy examining the power (im)balances between spouses Lindy (Elizabeth Banks) and Les (Matthew Macfadyen) after a technological accident induces the ultimate relationship crisis.
In addition to Elizabeth Banks and Matthew Macfadyen, the cast also includes O-T Fagbenle, Zoe Lister-Jones, Sian Clifford, and Sofia Rosinsky. The recurring cast includes Ronny Chieng, Aasif Mandvi, Rong Fu, and Tricia Black.
Jennifer Ames and Steve Turner (Boardwalk Empire, Goliath) are the creators, showrunners, and executive producers.
Elizabeth Banks (Pitch Perfect, The Hunger Games) and Matthew Macfadyen (Succession, Deadpool & Wolverine) serve as executive producers of the Media Res series.
The executive producers also include Michael Aguilar (I’m Dying Up Here, Kidding, Penny Dreadful: City of Angels), Suzanne Heathcote (The Crowded Room, Killing Eve), Michael Ellenberg and Lindsey Springer for Media Res (The Morning Show, Pachinko), and director Greg Mottola (Superbad, The Daytrippers).
