Netflix has revealed a first look at XO, Kitty, the upcoming 10-episode spin-off of To All the Boys. You can watch the first clip below and keep scrolling for more photos.
From showrunners and executive producers Jenny Han and Sascha Rothchild, XO, Kitty premieres globally May 18, 2023 on Netflix.
In the series, teen matchmaker Kitty Song Covey thinks she knows everything there is to know about love.
But when she moves halfway across the world to reunite with her long-distance boyfriend, she’ll soon realize that relationships are a lot more complicated when it’s your own heart on the line.
“We all fell so deeply in love with Lara Jean and her story. So it felt like the greatest gift to give to Kitty was to let her as a character kind of set off on her own two feet and not put her in the shadow of either of her sisters,” creator Jenny Han told Tudum.
Sascha Rothchild added: “She’s stepping into the fore – picking up the baton from Lara Jean.”
XO, Kitty stars Anna Cathcart as Kitty Song Covey, Minyeong Choi as Dae, Gia Kim as Yuri, Sang Heon Lee as Min Ho, Anthony Keyvan as Q, and Peter Thurnwald as Alex.
Also starring are Yunjin Kim as Jina, Sarayu Blue as Trina, John Corbett as Dan Covey, Michael K Lee as Professor Lee, Jocelyn Shelfo as Madison, and Regan Aliyah as Juliana.
The executive producer is Matt Kaplan of ACE Entertainment and the series comes from Awesomeness Studios.
The directors are Jennifer Arnold (101, 102 105, 106), Jeff Chan (103, 104), Pamela Romanowsky (107, 108), and Katina Medina Mora (109, 110).
