Together, they navigate a web of lies, trauma, and long-suppressed truths hidden beneath the surface of an outwardly quiet community.

What begins as a missing-persons search quickly spirals into a tense search for a serial killer, forcing both Nikol and the detective to confront guilt, corruption, and the dangerous consequences of uncovering the past. As time runs out, the investigation exposes just how far people will go to protect their own—and how darkness can thrive in the most ordinary places.
