AMC Networks‘ Shudder has announced the highlights for next month. The Shudder July 2023 lineup includes horror, thriller and supernatural titles.

The Shudder July 2023 highlights include Etheria Film Night 2023, Quicksand, Sharksploitation, and The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs Season 5B.

The annual horror festival showcases new horror, science fiction and fantasy films directed by women.

An American couple, on the brink of divorce, travel to Colombia for a work conference. While on a hike through the rainforest, a storm causes them to become trapped in a pit of quicksand. Unable to move, it becomes a struggle for survival as they battle the elements of the jungle and a venomous snake, in order to escape.

Directed by Andres Beltrán, the film stars Carolina Gaitàn (Encanto) and Allan Hawco (Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan).
