Prime Video September 2025 Movie and TV Titles Announced
Prime Video has announced the lineup of movies and TV shows that will be available on the service in September. The Prime Video September 2025 lineup includes new Amazon original movies, TV shows, and specials.
Members can look forward to Originals such as Confidence Queen, Dish It Out, Every Minute Counts Season 2, Gen V Season 2, The Girlfriend, Helluva Boss, Hotel Costiera, The Runarounds, and more.

The Prime Video September 2025 programming includes the following Originals.
The Runarounds (Streaming September 1)
The Runarounds follows a group of recent high school graduates who form a rock band, united by their shared love of music and near-impossible dream of stardom. Over the course of one unforgettable summer, they throw themselves into the pursuit of their big break—falling in love, getting into trouble, and building the kind of bonds that feel like family along the way.
With original music, romantic entanglements, and the raw highs and lows of coming-of-age, The Runarounds captures the rush of risking everything at the edge of adulthood to chase your dreams.
Dish It Out (Streaming September 5)
Get ready to Dish It Out with Tilly Ramsay, a passionate foodie and aspiring chef, stepping out of her famous father’s shadow and into her own culinary adventures! Tilly takes us on a journey celebrating online trends and family favorite recipes—alongside some familiar faces and surprise visitors who join her in the kitchen.
Confidence Queen (Streaming September 6)
Confidence Queen tells the story of Yi-rang, a smart woman who becomes the ultimate con artist. She teams up with James and Gu-ho, working as a trio of swindlers, to expose scammers and take their ill-gotten gains.
The Girlfriend (Streaming September 10)
Based on Michelle Frances’ novel, The Girlfriend follows Laura (Robin Wright), a woman who seemingly has it all—a glittering career, a loving husband, and her precious son, Daniel. Her perfect life unravels when Daniel brings home Cherry (Olivia Cooke), a girlfriend who changes everything.
After a tense introduction, Laura becomes convinced Cherry is hiding something. Is she a manipulative social climber, or is Laura just paranoid? The truth is a matter of perspective.
Helluva Boss (Streaming September 10)
Set in Hell, Helluva Boss follows the I.M.P. (Immediate Murder Professionals), a small and chaotic assassination business. At the center of the chaos is the eccentric Hell-born imp Blitzo (the “o” is silent) and his complicated situationship with demon prince Stolas.
The I.M.P. employs Moxxie (a by-the-books marksman), Millie (a fiery and skilled assassin), and Loona (their snarky, hellhound receptionist). Alongside his ragtag crew, Blitzo takes on contracts to kill targets in the human world. Balancing work with their personal lives, the team constantly finds themselves in absurd, violent, and darkly comedic situations.
Every Minute Counts Season 2 (Streaming September 12)
It has been 24 hours since the earthquake and a full day since debris fell on Dr. Ángel, but no one knows anything about him. Since the army took control of the General Hospital, rescue activities have remained paralyzed.
Meanwhile, Pepín and the UNAM students join volunteers searching for survivors among the remains of CONALEP, one of the capital’s most important educational centers; there, they meet Alicia, a mute woman desperately searching for her nephew. The nurses and Dr. Carlos continue their work at the hospital while, with Camila’s help, they try to locate Ángel within the collapse.
At the same time, the journalist continues her search for foreign aid, thus stumbling upon a dark secret involving the army and the violent Colonel Hernández, who oversees maintaining order at the General Hospital. While all this happens, the imminent earthquake aftershock is an increasingly latent threat, which could arrive at any moment to demolish everything that has been rescued.
Gen V Season 2 (Streaming September 17)
School is back in session. As the rest of America adjusts to Homelander’s iron fist, back at Godolkin University, the mysterious new Dean preaches a curriculum that promises to make students more powerful than ever. Cate and Sam are celebrated heroes, while Marie, Jordan, and Emma reluctantly return to college, burdened by months of trauma and loss.
But parties and classes are hard to care about with war brewing between Humans and Supes, both on and off campus. The gang learns of a secret program that dates back to the founding of Godolkin University, with implications that may be larger than they realize. And, somehow, Marie is a part of it.
Hotel Costiera (Streaming September 24)
Daniel De Luca (Jesse Williams) is a half-Italian former U.S. Marine who returns to Italy as a fixer in one of the world’s most luxurious hotels, located on the spectacular coastline of Positano. In addition to dealing with the hotel’s wealthy guests’ problems, Daniel is also on the trail of Alice, one of the owner’s daughters, who disappeared a month earlier.
Daniel must do everything he can to bring her home, but facing those who kidnapped the girl will be more challenging than any problem Daniel has ever faced.

WNBA on Prime (Streaming September 4)
Prime Video will stream a double-header evening of WNBA games on September 4, with the Phoenix Mercury vs. the Washington Mystics at 7:30 PM ET and the Minnesota Lynx vs. Las Vegas Aces at 10 PM ET.
NWSL on Prime (Streaming September 5, 12, 19, and 26)
Prime Video will stream four NWSL on Prime games throughout September.
Thursday Night Football (Streaming September 11, 18, and 25)
Thursday Night Football will have its first game of the season on September 11, with the Washington Commanders facing the Green Bay Packers. There will be two more games in September: September 18 with the Miami Dolphins vs. the Buffalo Bills, and September 25 with the Seattle Seahawks vs. the Arizona Cardinals.
FAST CHANNELS
Prime Video offers more than 500 FAST Channels in the U.S., including curated, thematically programmed channels featuring popular movies and TV shows, as well as channels with Originals such as Judy Justice and Bosch, and syndicated channels from partners across various genres.
