Paramount+ Starts Production on The Best of Us
Paramount+ today announced that production has commenced in New York on The Best of Us, starring Emmy and Tony Award winner, Academy Award nominee, and executive producer Jeremy Strong (Succession, Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere, The Apprentice).
The upcoming six-episode limited series is inspired by the David vs. Goliath fight that won justice for 9/11’s ailing heroes.

Joining Strong and previously announced cast Andrea Riseborough, Barry Pepper, Neal Huff, Gaby Hoffmann, and Sky Yang are the following guest stars: LaChanze (The Blacklist), Richard Schiff (The West Wing), Elizabeth Rodriguez (Orange Is the New Black), Joe Morton (Scandal), Jen Tullock (Severance), William Baldwin (Disaster Strike Force), and Keith W. Richards (Uncut Gems).
The Best of Us dramatizes a landmark case that reshaped the fight for accountability: a relentless legal war that stretched nearly a decade to secure almost $1 billion in compensation for first responders who fell gravely ill in the wake of 9/11.
Produced by Paramount Television Studios and SISTER, the limited series is written, directed, and executive produced by Tobias Lindholm (The Investigation, A War) and written and executive produced by Frank Pugliese (House of Cards).
Jeremy Strong (upcoming The Social Reckoning) is also an executive producer along with Tony Hernandez.
