Paramount+ September 2025 Movies, TV Shows, and Sports
Paramount has announced the lineup of movies, TV shows, and live sports coming to Paramount+ in September. The Paramount Plus September 2025 schedule includes the explosive third season of Tulsa King starring Sylvester Stallone, the highly anticipated new original series NCIS: Tony & Ziva, and the streaming debut of Smurfs.
South Park fans can also rejoice as the collection is now available on Paramount+ with new Season 27 episodes. Plus, don’t miss the streaming debut of Winter Spring Summer or Fall starring Jenna Ortega; romantic comedy The Wedding Banquet with Bowen Yang; and CBS fall premieres like Survivor Season 49 and The Amazing Race Season 38.
Next month also brings the NFL on CBS streaming on Paramount+ and live award shows, including the 2025 Video Music Awards hosted by LL Cool J, and the Primetime Emmy Awards hosted by Nate Bargatze.
The saga of Dwight “The General” Manfredi continues this fall as Tulsa King returns to Paramount+. Season 3 promises a compelling blend of high-stakes drama and character-driven storytelling, anchored by the magnetic presence of Oscar nominee Sylvester Stallone.
As Dwight’s criminal empire grows, so do the threats against it. The new season plunges deeper into the gritty underbelly of Tulsa, where Dwight faces off against the Dunmires, a powerful old-money family that doesn’t play by traditional rules.
With his crew and legacy on the line, Dwight must navigate treacherous new alliances and protect everything he’s built. The stakes are higher, the enemies more ruthless, and the consequences more personal than ever before.
In the highly anticipated original series NCIS: Tony & Ziva, two of the franchise’s most iconic characters reunite in a fast-paced European thriller that delivers both closure and a fresh start for longtime fans. Michael Weatherly returns as Tony DiNozzo Jr., the quick-witted former NCIS agent now living in Europe and raising a daughter, Tali (Isla Gie), with his partner Ziva David (Cote de Pablo) following her dramatic reappearance.
In the new series, when Tony’s private security firm is attacked, he and Ziva are forced on the run, unraveling a high-stakes mystery while navigating trust, trauma, and the complexities of parenthood.
The wait is over, and the boys are back in town on Paramount+. From the humble beginnings of season 1 to the chaos of Season 26, South Park is now streaming in one place. And if that wasn’t enough to make Cartman scream with joy (or rage), new Season 27 episodes are dropping through the fall.
From iconic episodes and fan-favorites to Emmy-nominated gems, the South Park Collection is stacked with expertly curated carousels that celebrate the best of the franchise. The NFL on CBS action kicks off in September with live, local market games streaming on Paramount+ across the 18-week regular season. Fans can stream marquee matchups, including a Thanksgiving game, along with a full postseason slate highlighted by the AFC Championship game.
The NFL Today studio show will hit the road on select Sundays with live, on-site shows for some of CBS Sports’ most anticipated games of the 2025 NFL slate, including Week 1 from Lambeau Field in Green Bay. CBS Sports this season also launches the first-ever streaming-only official NFL Sunday pregame show with The NFL Today+.
To honor the history, culture, and contribution of Hispanic communities, Paramount+ is celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with One Mountain Una Familia. The refreshed collection will feature a curated selection of series and movies spotlighting Hispanic talent and stories, including Dora, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, Lioness, NCIS, and more.

9/1 Winter Spring Summer or Fall* streaming premiere

9/4 NCIS: Tony & Ziva series premiere
The new original series picks up after Ziva’s supposed death when Tony left the NCIS team to go raise their daughter. Years later, Ziva was discovered alive, leading her to complete one final mission with NCIS before she was reunited with Tony and their daughter in Paris.
Since then, Tony and Ziva have been raising their daughter together. When Tony’s security company is attacked, they must go on the run across Europe, try to figure out who is after them, and maybe even learn to trust each other again.
9/8 The Wedding Banquet* streaming premiere
When Min’s boyfriend Chris rejects his spontaneous wedding proposal, Min convinces his best friend Angela to marry him instead, paying for her wife’s IVF treatments in exchange for his own green card. Their plans for a subtle city hall elopement are turned upside down when Min’s grandmother travels to town to throw them an extravagant Korean wedding banquet.
9/9 Thirst Trap: The Fame. The Fantasy. The Fallout. documentary premiere
When 21-year-old William White posted a lip-synching video on TikTok, he hardly expected to become an internet sensation overnight. Sparking a “thirst trap” obsession with lovesick fans, the line between real connection and online fantasy was blurred as he gained millions of fans.
9/12 Reunion Season 1 premiere (SHOWTIME)
“Reunion” follows Daniel Brennan (Matthew Gurney), a Deaf man returning to society after ten years in prison. Haunted by the past and driven by a need for both redemption and revenge, Brennan struggles to reconnect with his family and find his place in a world where he belongs to neither side—unable to fully integrate into hearing society and shunned by the Deaf community.
Told in British Sign Language and spoken English, this powerful revenge thriller charts Brennan’s attempt to rebuild a relationship with his estranged, now-adult daughter Carly (Lara Peake), while Christine (Anne-Marie Duff)—the wife of the man Brennan killed—searches for answers of her own. As their lives collide, Brennan must choose: give in to his thirst for vengeance or seize the chance for a new life with his daughter.
9/16 Smurfs (Paramount Animation)
In “Smurfs,” Smurfette (Rihanna) leads the crew on a daring rescue mission to save Papa Smurf (John Goodman) after he is mysteriously kidnapped by the evil wizards, Razamel and Gargamel. The Smurfs team up with new friends on an epic adventure that takes them into the real world, where they discover that their true destiny is to save the universe.
The film features an all-star voice cast including Rihanna, James Corden, Nick Offerman, JP Karliak, Daniel Levy, Amy Sedaris, Natasha Lyonne, Sandra Oh, Jimmy Kimmel, Octavia Spencer, Nick Kroll, Hannah Waddingham, Alex Winter, and Maya Erskine, with Kurt Russell and John Goodman.
9/21 Tulsa King Season 3 premiere
