Little House on the Prairie Trailer and Key Art Debut
Netflix has shared the official trailer and key art for Little House on the Prairie, the upcoming series based on Laura Ingalls Wilder’s semi-autobiographical books.
The eight-episode first season premieres on July 9, 2026. From CBS Studios and Anonymous Content, the series has already been renewed for a second season.

Part hopeful family drama, part epic survival tale, and part origin story of the American West, this fresh adaptation of Laura Ingalls Wilder’s iconic semi-autobiographical Little House books offers a kaleidoscopic view of the struggles and triumphs of those who shaped the frontier.
The cast includes Luke Bracey, Crosby Fitzgerald, Alice Halsey, Skywalker Hughes, Warren Christie, Jocko Sims, Meegwun Fairbrother, Alyssa Wapanatâhk, and Wren Zahewenim Gotts.

The additional key cast members include Rebecca Amzallag, Kowen Cadorath, Xander Cole, Thosh Collins, Barrett Doss, Michael Hough, Ryan Robbins, Maclean Fish, and Mary Holland.
Rebecca Sonnenshine (The Boys, The Vampire Diaries, Archive 81) is the showrunner, executive producer, and writer of Little House on the Prairie. The executive producers also include Joy Gorman Wettels for Joy Coalition, Trip Friendly for Friendly Family Productions, and Dana Fox.

The directors include Sarah Adina Smith (101), Julie Anne Robinson (102, 103), Kat Candler (104, 105), Erica Tremblay (106), and Sydney Freeland (107, 108).
