The film, which has not yet been rated by the Motion Picture Association (MPA), will have its World Premiere at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival.

Focus Features describes Honey Don’t as a dark comedy about Honey O’Donahue (Margaret Qualley), a small-town private investigator who delves into a series of strange deaths tied to a mysterious church.

The cast of the Working Title production also includes Lera Abova, Jacnier, Gabby Beans, Talia Ryder, Kristen Connolly, Lena Hall, Don Swayze, Josh Pafchek, Kale Brown, Alexander Carstoiu, and Christin Antidormi.
Produced by Ethan Coen, Tricia Cooke, Robert Graf, Tim Bevan, and Eric Fellner, Honey Don’t! was filmed in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in 2024.
Ethan Coen and Tricia Cooke recently teamed up with Focus Features and Working Title on Drive-Away Dolls (2024), which also featured Margaret Qualley in the lead role. That R-rated film grossed about $8 million worldwide.
