Harry Wild Season Five Given the Green Light
Acorn TV announced at the ATX TV Festival in Austin, Texas, this weekend that its popular mystery series Harry Wild will return for a fifth season. The announcement was made during a conversation with star and executive producer Jane Seymour.
Production for the fifth season of Harry Wild will begin in Dublin, Ireland, later this year. The new season of the Irish series will consist of six episodes.

“I am honored to have the opportunity to continue to bring Harry Wild to life for another season and am excited for her to solve a new batch of layered mysteries deeply rooted in literature with my castmates,” said Seymour.
“It has been so rewarding to work with everyone on this production, and I’m thrilled to embark on another season with my Acorn TV family.”

The final episode of Season 4, titled “The Final Chapter,” will air on Monday, June 2. A special is also scheduled to air in December.
The fourth season picks up a year after season three, and business couldn’t be better at the Wild/Reid Detective Agency as Harry (Jane Seymour, Relative Secrets) and Fergus (Rohan Nedd, Whitstable Pearl) welcome an unexpected client: Charlie Wild (Kevin Ryan, Guilt, Copper).

Elsewhere, Harry is hired by a friend and former wild child turned nun, Lola (Rose O’Neill), stumbles upon a dance school mystery, a Dublin literary tour takes a bloody turn, and more. Meanwhile, Fergus’s hopes of going to college at the same time as Lola are threatened when she gets an incredible offer to study abroad.
Also reprising their roles are Samantha Mumba (The Time Machine, Evolution) as Fergus’s mother, Paula Kenny, and Paul Tylak (Kin) as Glenn Talbot.

Dynamic Television produces Harry Wild. Acorn Media Enterprises co-produces alongside ZDF. Season four was created and written by David Logan, along with writer Jo Spain, and directed by Robert Quinn.
The executive producers include Logan, Spain, Seymour, Daniel March, Klaus Zimmermann, James Gibb, David McLoughlin, Catherine Mackin, and Bea Tammer. Frank Seyberth and Claus Wunn executive produce for ZDF.
