Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die Trailer and Poster Hit
Briarcliff Entertainment has unveiled the official trailer and poster for Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die, the upcoming sci-fi action comedy directed by Gore Verbinski.
Opening in theaters on February 13, 2026, the film premiered at the 2025 Fantastic Fest. It has been rated R by the Motion Picture Association (MPA) for pervasive language, violence, some grisly images, and brief sexual content.
In Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die, a man claiming to be from the future takes the patrons of an iconic Los Angeles diner hostage in search of unlikely recruits in a quest to save the world.
The cast of the anticipated feature, which runs 134 minutes, includes Sam Rockwell (The Bad Guys 2), Haley Lu Richardson, Michael Peña, Zazie Beetz (They Will Kill You), Asim Chaudhry, Tom Taylor, and Juno Temple (Ted Lasso).
Written by Matthew Robinson, the movie was produced by Gore Verbinski (Rango, Pirates of the Caribbean films, The Ring, Mouse Hunt), Robert Kulzer, Erwin Stoff, Oly Obst, and Denise Chamian.
The production was handled by Constantin Film LA, 3 Arts Entertainment, Blind Wink Productions, and WAM Films. Filming took place in Cape Town, South Africa.
“This film is wildly original, endlessly entertaining, and unlike anything audiences have seen before,” said Briarcliff Entertainment CEO Tom Ortenberg when the company acquired the distribution rights.

Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die currently has a 94% rating on the Tomatometer at Rotten Tomatoes, based on 17 reviews.
