Trap Movie Reveals New Trailer and Poster
Warner Bros. Pictures has revealed the new trailer and poster for the Trap movie, which will open in theaters on August 2, 2024. The film was written and directed by M. Night Shyamalan.
In the film, featuring performances by Saleka Shyamalan, a father and teen daughter attend a pop concert and realize they’re at the center of a dark and sinister event.
The Trap movie stars Josh Hartnett, Ariel Donoghue, Saleka Shyamalan, Hayley Mills, and Allison Pill. It is rated PG-13 for some violent content and brief strong language.
The film is produced by Ashwin Rajan, Marc Bienstock, and M. Night Shyamalan. Steven Schneider is the executive producer.
Sayombhu Mukdeeprom (Call Me by Your Name) is the director of photography, and Debbie de Villa (The Hating Game) is the production designer. Noëmi Preiswerk edited the film, and the music is by Herdĭs Stefănsdŏttir (Knock at the Cabin).
The music supervisor is Susan Jacobs (Old), the costume designer is Caroline Duncan (Old), and the casting is by Douglas Aibel (Asteroid City).
The film, a Blinding Edge Pictures production, will be distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures in North America on August 2, 2024, and internationally beginning on July 31. M. Night Shyamalan‘s last film, 2023’s Knock at the Cabin, grossed $54.8 million worldwide.
