Transplant Season Four to Premiere on May 22

NBC announced today it will premiere the fourth season of the medical drama series Transplant on Thursday, May 22, as a two-hour event (8-10 p.m. ET/PT). The episodes will air the next day on Peacock.

Season 4 of Transplant finds Bashir “Bash” Hamed on the precipice of finishing his residency at York Memorial and officially requalifying as a doctor.

With his future uncertain once again, Bash and his sister, Amira, are Canadian citizens now, but are still trying, with everything they have, to build a life in their adopted country.

The series stars Hamza Haq, Laurence Leboeuf, Ayisha Issa, Jim Watson, Rekha Sharma, Sirena Gulamgaus, Torri Higginson, Kenny Wong, Sugith Varughese, and Gord Rand.

The first three seasons of the series are currently available to stream on Peacock. Transplant has routinely ranked as a Top 20 series on CTV and has remained the most-watched Canadian drama series each broadcast year.

The series has amassed 32 Canadian Screen Award nominations and 18 wins, including two wins for Best Dramatic Series. Hamza Haq has won three years in a row for Best Lead Performer in a Drama Series.

Joseph Kay is the showrunner and executive producer. Bruno Dubé, Jocelyn Deschênes, Josée Vallée, Rachel Langer, Stefan Pleszczynski, and Sarah Timmins also executive produce.
