This City Is Ours: A Crime Family Saga to Debut on AMC+
AMC+ today announced that the high‑stakes dynasty drama This City Is Ours: A Crime Family Saga is set to premiere on Thursday, March 5, with new episodes dropping weekly exclusively on AMC+.
The eight episode series follows the chaos that ignites when notorious gang boss Ronnie (Sean Bean, Game of Thrones) steps back from his criminal empire, triggering a violent power struggle between his volatile son Jamie (Jack McMullen, Hijack and Ford v Ferrari) and trusted lieutenant Michael (James Nelson-Joyce, A Thousand Blows), who suddenly sees a chance to claim the throne.

As rivalries erupt and loyalties crumble, the family controlling the city’s cocaine trade spirals into open war.
Caught between ambition and the life he’s building with his partner Diana (Hannah Onslow, This Is Going to Hurt), Michael is torn by a future that finally feels within reach and a past that refuses to let him go.
In a world defined by blood, betrayal, and legacy, choosing love may be the most dangerous move of all.
The additional cast includes Laura Aikman (Gavin & Stacey, Archie), Kevin Harvey (Treason, Time), Saoirse-Monica Jackson (Derry Girls, Upgraded), Mike Noble (Shardlake, The Long Shadow), Bobby Schofield (SAS Rogue Heroes, The Suspect), Darci Shaw (Judy, A Thousand Blows), Stephen Walters (Slow Horses, Anne) and more.
This City Is Ours: A Crime Family Saga was created by Stephen Butchard, who serves as lead writer, with Robbie O’Neill writing further episodes. The AMC+ series was directed by Saul Dibb, John Hayes, and Eshref Reybrouck.
The executive producers include Andy Harries, Rebecca Hodgson, and Sian McWilliams for Left Bank Pictures, alongside Stephen Butchard and Saul Dibb. Simon Maloney serves as producer.
