The Lincoln Lawyer Season 5 Given the Green Light

Netflix has given the green light to The Lincoln Lawyer Season 5 ahead of the series’ fourth season debut on February 5, 2026. Seasons one through three are currently available to stream on Netflix.

The Lincoln Lawyer Season 5 will consist of 10 episodes and is inspired by the seventh book in the book series, Resurrection Walk, by author Michael Connelly.

Across three seasons, The Lincoln Lawyer has appeared on the Netflix Global Top 10 charts for 26 weeks and, since 2023, garnered 171M views according to our Engagement Reports.

The upcoming fourth season is based on The Law of Innocence, the sixth book in Connelly’s series. Mickey Haller (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo) faces his toughest case yet as he and his team work tirelessly to prove his innocence in the murder of a former client, Sam Scales.

To clear his name, they must unravel Sam’s final scam, forcing them to go head-to-head with the DA’s office, the FBI, and ghosts from Mickey’s own past.

The Lincoln Lawyer also stars Neve Campbell, Becki Newton, Jazz Raycole, Angus Sampson, and Cobie Smulders. The series was created for television by David E. Kelley, who serves as an executive producer, and developed for television by Ted Humphrey, who serves as co-showrunner and executive producer alongside Dailyn Rodriguez.
