The Drama Teaser with Zendaya and Robert Pattinson
A24 has unveiled the official teaser trailer and poster for The Drama, the upcoming romantic comedy-drama starring Zendaya and Robert Pattinson.
The film, which has not yet been rated by the Motion Picture Association (MPA), is scheduled to open in theaters on April 3, 2026.
In The Drama, a happily engaged couple is put to the test when an unexpected turn sends their wedding week off the rails. Days before the wedding, the couple’s relationship is shaken when one partner discovers unsettling truths about the other.
Written and directed by Kristoffer Borgli (Sick of Myself, Dream Scenario), the film also stars Alana Haim, Mamoudou Athie, and Hailey Benton Gates. The producers include Ari Aster, Lars Knudsen, and Tyler Campellone.
Zendaya (Euphoria, upcoming Dune: Part Three, The Odyssey, Shrek 5, and Spider-Man: Brand New Day) plays Emma Harwood, a bookstore clerk from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Robert Pattinson (upcoming The Batman: Part II, Dune: Part Three, and The Odyssey) portrays Charlie Thompson, a museum director from London, England.
Principal photography for The Drama began on October 21, 2024, in the UK. Filming also took place in Boston, Massachusetts, and in Louisiana. Filming concluded on December 12, 2024.
