The Celebrity Traitors Season 2 to Debut in 2026

The BBC has confirmed that The Celebrity Traitors Season 2 will return on BBC One and iPlayer following a first season that broke audience records. Made by Studio Lambert Scotland and with Claudia Winkleman once again at the helm, the now iconic Ardross Castle will host a new group of star-studded schemers in 2026 as the ultimate game of trust and treachery returns.

The debut episode of The Celebrity Traitors is now the biggest unscripted title on Broadcaster VOD ever. Episode one is the biggest single episode on UK TV so far this year with 14.8 million views (28 days), and The Celebrity Traitors has now become the biggest unscripted title across the entire market in the UK since 2021.

The finale episode had 1.9 million live requests on BBC iPlayer, making it the highest live-viewing number for any entertainment episode on iPlayer of all time.

Alongside The Celebrity Traitors Season 2, leading podcast agency Platform Media will produce brand-new episodes of the companion show The Celebrity Traitors: Uncloaked, which will once again be available via BBC Sounds, BBC Two, and BBC iPlayer.
