School Spirits Season 2 Trailer and Key Art Debut
Paramount+ today revealed the official trailer and premiere date for season two of its hit original drama series School Spirits. Produced by Awesomeness TV, the new season will debut on Thursday, January 30, with three episodes in the U.S., Canada and Latin America.
The season will also launch exclusively on Paramount+ in the UK and Australia on January 31, and later in the year in additional markets. Following the premiere, new episodes of the eight-episode season will be available to stream weekly on Thursdays, on Paramount+.

Picking up from the shocking season one finale, the premiere episode “Whatever Happened to Maddie Nears?” follows Maddie Nears (Peyton List) as she works to bring a doubting Simon (Kristian Ventura), her only connection to the living world, back on board to help her track down and collect her missing body.
Throughout the season, Maddie Nears is still stuck in the afterlife with the knowledge of what happened to her and must unite her friends in the spectral and living worlds in order to reclaim her stolen life.

School Spirits stars Peyton List as Maddie Nears, Kristian Ventura as Simon Elroy, Spencer MacPherson as Xavier Baxter, Kiara Pichardo as Nicole Herrera, Sarah Yarkin as Rhonda, Nick Pugliese as Charley, Rainbow Wedell as Claire Zomer, Josh Zuckerman as Mr. Martin and Milo Manheim as Wally Clark.
Newcomers this season will include recurring guest stars Jess Gabor (Shameless, Confessional) as Janet Hamilton, Zack Calderon (The Wilds, Afterparty) as Diego Herrera, Miles Elliot (Cooties, The Amazing Spider-Man) as Yuri and Ci Hang Ma (Presto! School of Magic, Departure) as Quinn.

Maria Dizzia, who plays Maddie’s mom, Sandra Nears, will also return as a recurring guest star along with Patrick Gilmore as Mr. Anderson and Ian Tracey as Sheriff Baxter.
Produced by Awesomeness TV, School Spirits was created by Nate Trinrud & Megan Trinrud, who are executive producers of the series. Oliver Goldstick (Pretty Little Liars, Bridgerton) serves as showrunner and executive producer.

Thomas Higgins (13 Reasons Why) is also an executive producer of the Paramount+ series. List serves as a producer on the series.
