Harry Wild Season 5 Starts Production with Joe Lando on Board

AMC Networks streaming service Acorn TV revealed today that Joe Lando will join season five of its popular original series, Harry Wild, reuniting him with his longtime friend and famously former Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman co-star, Emmy Award winner Jane Seymour, who stars and executive produces the series.

Production on Season 5 of Harry Wild began this week in Dublin, Ireland.

Joe Lando will play Pierce Kennedy, the new State Pathologist, a charming and handsome natural ally for Harry (Seymour – The Kominsky Method, Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, B Positive), the titular amateur detective.

In Season 5, Harry and Fergus (Rohan Nedd, Whitstable Pearl) are back with their most sensational and thrilling ride yet, including murder mysteries in the world of whiskey-making, theatre and musical-tattoos, not to mention a gang of middle-aged lady burglars and a murder close to home.

Also reprising their roles are Kevin Ryan (Guilt, The South Westerlies), Rose O’Neill (Anniversary), Samantha Mumba (The Time Machine, Evolution), Paul Tylak (Kin), and Aoife Mulholland (Great Performances: Chess in Concert). 

Harry Wild Season 5 will consist of six episodes and will debut in 2026. Ahead of the new season, a 2-part Harry Wild Special will debut exclusively on Acorn TV on Monday, November 24th.

Dynamic Television produces Harry Wild. Acorn Media Enterprises co-produces alongside ZDF. Season five was created and written by David Logan, along with writer Jo Spain.

The series is executive produced by Logan, Spain, Jane Seymour, Daniel March, Klaus Zimmermann, James Gibb, David McLoughlin, Catherine Mackin, and Bea Tammer. Frank Seyberth and Claus Wunn executive produce for ZDF.
