Den of Thieves 2: Pantera Final Trailer Released

Lionsgate has released the final trailer for Den of Thieves 2: Pantera, which will open in theaters on January 10, 2025. The trailer features an introduction by Christian Gudegast and Gerard Butler.

The new installment has been rated R for pervasive language, some violence, drug use and sexual references. The first movie was rated R for violence, language and some sexuality/nudity.

Gerard Butler (Plane, Has Fallen series) and O’Shea Jackson Jr. (Straight Out of Compton, Godzilla: King of the Monsters) return in the sequel to 2018’s action-heist hit Den of Thieves.

In Den of Thieves 2: Pantera, Big Nick (Butler) is back on the hunt in Europe and closing in on Donnie (Jackson), who is embroiled in the treacherous and unpredictable world of diamond thieves and the infamous Panther mafia, as they plot a massive heist of the world’s largest diamond exchange.

The sequel was written and directed by Christian Gudegast, who returns from the first film. It is produced by Tucker Tooley, Gerard Butler, Alan Siegel, and Mark Canton.

Lionsgate is presenting a TT Entertainment, eOne Features, and G-Base and Diamond Film Productions production.

O'Shea Jackson Jr as Donnie Wilson

Released in January 2018, the first movie grossed $80.5 million worldwide, with $44.9 million coming from North American theaters and $35.6 million from international markets.

The first Den of Thieves movie also starred Pablo Schreiber, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, Evan Jones, Dawn Olivieri, Mo McRae, and Max Holloway.
