Dubbed “Dazed Day,” this limited-time theatrical engagement will kick off on Sunday, September 29, 2024, showcasing a brand-new 4K restoration of the film in select theaters across the US and Canada.
The newly restored version of Dazed and Confused offers fans a chance to see the film like never before, with stunning 4K clarity and vibrant colors that bring the nostalgic 1970s setting to life.
Dazed Day will be preceded by a special screening event hosted in partnership with The Austin Film Society at the historic Paramount Theatre in Austin, TX, on September 28, 2024. The evening will include a screening of the film, a red carpet, and a Q&A with Linklater and several members of the film’s original cast.
