Bad Day Trailer and Key Art with Cameron Diaz
Netflix has shared the official trailer and key art for the action-comedy film Bad Day, which will begin streaming on the service on December 11, 2026.
Directed by Jake Szymanski (Jury Duty) and written by Laura Solon, the movie has been rated PG-13 by the Motion Picture Association for strong language and some sexual references.

In Bad Day, a single mom fights to keep one little promise to her daughter on the absolute worst day of her life. The cast includes Cameron Diaz, Danielle Brooks, Rhenzy Feliz, John Higgins, Mark Duplass, Jessica Belkin, Ed O’Neill, and Rob Corddry.
Ayden Mayeri, Ben Schwartz, Retta, Emma Pearson, P.J. Byrne, Sherry Cola, Edi Patterson, and Beck Bennett round out the cast.

Bad Day reunites producer Beau Bauman and Diaz, who collaborated on Back in Action, which placed sixth on Netflix’s Most Popular list after spending seven weeks on the Global Top 10 Movies list (English). This is also the third collaboration for Bauman and Solon, who previously worked together on Let It Snow and Office Christmas Party.
Beau Bauman produces for Good One Productions, with Mark Moran executive producing. Jeremy Mittleman is the co-producer.
