Acorn TV July 2025 Schedule Announced
Acorn TV has announced the titles that will be available on the AMC-owned streaming service in July 2025. The Acorn TV July 2025 slate expands the service’s diverse lineup of acclaimed English and foreign-language dramas, engaging comedies, documentaries, and more.
The July schedule includes the Art Detectives season finale, Battle of the Bagpipes, The Madame Blanc Mysteries Season 4, Kostas, A Stitch in Time, Summertide, and more.

ACORN TV JULY 2025 HIGHLIGHT
The Madame Blanc Mysteries Season 4 (Acorn TV Original Series) – New Season Premieres Monday, July 7
Created by and starring Sally Lindsay (Cold Call, Love Rat), the thrilling series is set to return with a two-episode premiere on Monday, July 7 in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Additional episodes of the 7-episode fourth season will drop weekly on the platform.
The fourth season of The Madame Blanc Mysteries returns to the wonderful world of Sainte Victoire, packed with unusual antiques and objéts d’art, murder, mystery, sunshine, and laughter. Lindsay returns as Jean White, who is navigating a fledgling romance with her sidekick Dom Hayes, played by Steve Edge (Starlings, Murder They Hope, Maxine).

Co-writer Sue Vincent (Mount Pleasant, Shameless) stars as mechanic Gloria Beaushaw, while Robin Askwith (Strike, Benidorm) and Sue Holderness (Only Fools and Horses, Still Open All Hours, The Green Green Grass) reprise their roles as eccentric married couple Jeremy and Judith Lloyd James, and Alex Gaumond (Derry Girls, My Dinner With Hervé, Death In Paradise) is back as Chief of Police André Caron.
Tony Robinson (Blackadder, Time Team) and Paul Chuckle (Elliott) complete the cast as Dom’s Uncle Patrick, a petty thief turned pub landlord, and Trevor, Gloria’s dad, respectively. The series is directed by Dermot Boyd and produced by Jake Rollins. Mike Benson and Andy Morgan serve as executive producers for Clapperboard, alongside Sally Lindsay and Caroline Roberts-Cherry for Saffron Cherry.

Art Detectives (Acorn TV Original Series) – Season Finale on Monday, July 7
Art-loving DI Mick Palmer (Stephen Moyer, True Blood, Sexy Beast) and straight-talking DC Shazia Malik (Nina Singh, Virdee, The Lazarus Project) solve murders connected to the world of art and antiques, from Old Master paintings to Banksy street art, medieval manuscripts, and collectible vinyl.
Each episode follows Mick and Shazia as they navigate a rich and colorful world driven by greed, obsession, lust, and revenge. Throughout the season, the artfully astute detectives encounter a fake Vermeer, Viking gold, a rare Chinese vase, and items rescued from the Titanic.
Mick navigates these demanding cases while managing a budding romance with museum curator Rosa (Sarah Alexander, Coupling, Pennyworth) and the sudden reappearance of his charismatic father, Ron (Larry Lamb, Gavin & Stacey, EastEnders), who just happens to be one of Britain’s most notorious forgers.

Kostas (Acorn TV Exclusive Series) – Season 1 Binge Premieres Monday, July 28
This Greek detective series, based on the popular book series from Petros Markaris, is set in Athens and follows Homicide Chief Kostas Charistos.
He interrupts his vacation to investigate the discovery of a body after an earthquake on the Greek island where he was staying with his wife, daughter, and her boyfriend. But he also has to deal with the murder of a young Albanian couple.

Summertide (Acorn TV Exclusive Series) – Premieres Monday, July 28; New Episode Binges Premiere Every Monday Throughout the Summer
New South African drama centered on renowned marine biologist Martin Field (Frank Rautenbach) who, after losing his beloved wife Julia (Amalia Uys) to tragedy, leaves his old life behind and moves his rebellious teenage son and daughter to his childhood home in Simon’s Town to begin again.
With Julia’s memory as his driving force, he pours his heart into setting up a conservation trust to protect the marine life along the False Bay coast. Will he find calm in these waters, or does his past hide painful secrets beneath the surface?
