The Hunting Wives Renewed for a Third Season
Today, Netflix announced the Season 3 renewal of the hit series The Hunting Wives from Lionsgate Television and 3 Arts Entertainment. Season 3 will release exclusively as a Netflix-branded series in nearly all countries where Netflix is available.
Season 2 is set to release on November 26, 2026, exclusively as a Netflix-branded series in nearly all countries where Netflix is available.

Created by Rebecca Cutter and based on the bestselling novel by May Cobb, The Hunting Wives Season 1 spent a total of 5 weeks on Netflix’s Global Top 10 English-language TV list, peaking at #2 globally in its second week.
The Lionsgate Television series made the Top 10 TV list in 40 countries and reached #1 in 10 countries, including the US, and has garnered over 35 million views since its July 2025 release.

The Hunting Wives follows a woman and her family as they move from Boston to Texas. There, she grows close to a socialite — maybe too close — and becomes consumed by obsession, seduction, and murder.
“I’m so stoked to be heading back to Maple Brook, and I promise that once you’ve finished Season 2, you’ll be desperate to see what happens next. Buckle up, because Season 3 will be even more scandalous and twisted,” said creator, showrunner, writer, and executive producer Rebecca Cutter (Hightown).
