Scream 7 Trailer and Poster Bring Ghostface Back
Paramount Pictures has released the official trailer and poster for Scream 7, which is scheduled to open in theaters on February 27, 2026. The film has not yet been rated by the Motion Picture Association (MPA).
In Scream 7, when a new Ghostface killer emerges in the quiet town where Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) has built a new life, her darkest fears are realized as her daughter (Isabel May) becomes the next target.

Determined to protect her family, Sidney must face the horrors of her past to put an end to the bloodshed once and for all.
From Paramount Pictures and Spyglass Media Group, the seventh installment is directed by Kevin Williamson, who wrote the script with Guy Busick.

Scream 7 stars Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, Isabel May, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, Anna Camp, Joel McHale, Mckenna Grace, Michelle Randolph, Jimmy Tatro, Asa Germann, Celeste O’Connor, Sam Rechner, Ethan Embry, Tim Simons, and Mark Consuelos.
Produced by William Sherak, James Vanderbilt, and Paul Neinstein, the movie is based on characters created by Kevin Williamson. The story is by James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick.

Principal photography for the new movie began on January 7, 2025, in Atlanta, Georgia. The production wrapped filming on March 12.
The movie is a follow-up to Scream VI, which opened in theaters in March 2023.
