Men v. Food to Be Hosted by Ryan Fitzpatrick and Vince Wilfork
Discovery Channel has announced Men v. Food, which comes from the producers of the food television series Man v. Food. Co-hosted by NFL superstars Ryan Fitzpatrick and Vince Wilfork, the series reimagines the fan-favorite classic with epic new food challenges and adventures across America’s biggest football cities.
Going head-to-head in the ultimate eating competitions, the duo will tackle towering dishes and famous local eats in a battle for supreme bragging rights. Men v. Food is set to premiere on Discovery Channel later this year.

Each week, former NFL pros and friends Ryan Fitzpatrick and Vince Wilfork will touch down in a new NFL city in search of unforgettable flavors, hidden gems and larger-than-life food challenges.
After 17 seasons, nine teams and a career built on fierce competition, longtime NFL quarterback and football analyst Ryan Fitzpatrick is taking his competitive streak to a new arena. For two-time Super Bowl champion and All-Pro defensive powerhouse Vince Wilfork, tackling massive meals is second nature, helping fuel a dominant career in football.
Bringing their competitive edge to the plate, these foodie friends will team up with hometown legends to uncover each city’s signature dishes and beloved local institutions before squaring off in a colossal game-day food showdown unlike anything they’ve done before.

Featured cities in Men v. Food include Seattle, Kansas City, Boston and Buffalo, with additional locations to be announced.
“Few series have left a mark on pop culture quite like ‘Man v. Food,’ and we’re excited to introduce a supersized new format that raises the stakes in every way,” said Joseph Boyle, Head of Content, Discovery Channel.
“‘Men v. Food’ takes everything audiences love about the original and adds a fresh, competitive twist. It’s bigger, spicier, and has a whole new host of flavors. Ryan Fitzpatrick and Vince Wilfork bring incredible energy and chemistry, humor and a competitive spirit to every city. It’s game on with these two!”
