A24 has revealed the official trailer and poster for MaXXXine, which is the final installment of the X trilogy following X and Pearl. The slasher film was written and directed by Ti West.
The movie stars Mia Goth, who reprises her role as Maxine (and also serves as producer) alongside Elizabeth Debicki, Moses Sumney, Michelle Monaghan, Bobby Cannavale, Halsey, and Lily Collins, with Giancarlo Esposito and Kevin Bacon.

MaXXXine is scheduled to open in theaters on July 5, 2024. The film was rated R for strong violence, gore, sexual content, graphic nudity, language, and drug use.
Released in 2022, X stars Mia Goth, Jenna Ortega, Brittany Snow, and Scott Mescudi. Set in 1979, the film centers on a group of young filmmakers who set out to make an adult film in rural Texas. When their reclusive, elderly hosts catch them in the act, the cast finds themselves fighting for their lives.
In Pearl, released the same year, the title character is trapped on her family’s isolated farm. Pearl must tend to her ailing father under the bitter and overbearing watch of her devout mother.
