Acorn TV September 2026 Schedule Announced
Acorn TV has announced the titles that will be available on the AMC-owned streaming service in September 2026. The Acorn TV September 2026 slate expands the service’s diverse lineup of acclaimed English and foreign-language dramas, engaging comedies, documentaries, and more.
The September schedule includes The Sommerdahl Murders Season 7; new episodes of Blue Murder Motel and The Assassin; The Heiress and the Heist; and My Salinger Year.

The Sommerdahl Murders Season 7 (Acorn TV Exclusive Series) – New Season Binge Premieres Monday, September 7
Detective Chief Inspector Dan Sommerdahl (Peter Mygind) investigates murders in a lovely Danish coastal town with his best friend and partner Detective Superintendent Flemming Torp (André Babikian) and his wife Marianne (Laura Drasbæk), a criminal technician.
But Dan’s years of devotion to the job have hurt his marriage, and with Marianne wanting a divorce, Dan discovers his rival for her affections is none other than his best friend. As new dynamics emerge, the team must find a way to handle a new portfolio of cases.

Married couple Vanessa (Michala Banas, Neighbours, McLeod’s Daughters) and Peter Coleman (Brett Tucker, The Residence, Station 19) leave their cop careers behind to run a motel in a sunny beachside New Zealand town, believing their hardest days are behind them.
