Meet Viktor Drago in a New Creed II Promo

MGM has released a new promo video for Creed II that introduces Viktor Drago, played by Florian “Big Nasty” Munteanu in the anticipated film. Munteanu is a real-life boxer from Romania.

Life has become a balancing act for Adonis Creed (Michael B. Jordan). Between personal obligations and training for his next big fight, he is up against the challenge of his life. Facing an opponent with ties to his family’s past only intensifies his impending battle in the ring. Rocky Balboa (Sylvester Stallone) is there by his side through it all and, together, Rocky and Adonis will confront their shared legacy, question what’s worth fighting for, and discover that nothing’s more important than family.

Creed II, opening in theaters on November 21, is about going back to basics to rediscover what made you a champion in the first place, and remembering that, no matter where you go, you can’t escape your history.

Directed by Steven Caple Jr. from a script by Sylvester Stallone, the sequel also stars Tessa Thompson, Phylicia Rashad, Wood Harris, Andre Ward, Florian “The Big Nasty” Munteanu, Dolph Lundgren, and Russell Hornsby.

Stallone, Kevin King-Templeton, Charles Winkler, William Chartoff, David Winkler, and Irwin Winkler are producing Creed II, which is executive produced by Ryan Coogler, Michael B. Jordan, Guy Riedel.
