Madea is Back One Last Time in Tyler Perry’s A Madea Family Funeral Trailer

Tyler Perry is bringing Madea back one last time in the upcoming comedy, Tyler Perry’s A Madea Family FuneralLionsgate will release the film in theaters on March 1, 2019 and the studio today has released the trailer and two posters.

In the movie, written, directed and produced by Perry, a joyous family reunion turns into a hilarious nightmare as Madea and the crew travel to backwoods Georgia and unexpectedly plan a funeral, which threatens to reveal sordid family secrets.

The cast includes Cassi Davis, Patrice Lovely, and Perry in multiple roles.

In addition to Perry, the producers are Ozzie Areu, Will Areu, and Mark E. Swinton. The film has been rated PG-13 for crude sexual content, language, and drug references throughout. The film is a Tyler Perry Studios / Lionsgate production.
