Time Runs Out in the New Tenet Posters

Warner Bros. Pictures has released new Tenet posters, which you can view below. The anticipated Christopher Nolan movie will open in theaters on Wednesday, August 12, 2020.

In addition to Tenet, the 10th anniversary rerelease of Nolan’s Inception (check price at Amazon) will take place on July 31. The re-release will include a never-before-seen sneak peek at the Christopher Nolan’s Tenet, as well as the Warner Bros.’s other upcoming movies.

John David Washington (BlacKkKlansman) is the new Protagonist in Christopher Nolan’s original sci-fi action spectacle Tenet. Armed with only one word — Tenet — and fighting for the survival of the entire world, the Protagonist journeys through a twilight world of international espionage on a mission that will unfold in something beyond real time. Not time travel. Inversion.

The international ensemble cast is led by John David Washington (BlacKkKlansman) and also stars Robert Pattinson (Twilight films, upcoming The Batman), Elizabeth Debicki, Dimple Kapadia, Michael Caine and Kenneth Branagh. Christopher Nolan directed from his own original screenplay, utilizing a mixture of IMAX and 70mm film to bring the story to the screen.

The film is being produced by Nolan and Emma Thomas. Thomas Hayslip is serving as executive producer. The movie reportedly carries a budget of $205 million, making it Nolan’s most expensive original film.

Nolan’s behind-the-scenes creative team includes director of photography Hoyte van Hoytema, production designer Nathan Crowley, editor Jennifer Lame, costume designer Jeffrey Kurland, and visual effects supervisor Andrew Jackson.

The Warner Bros. released is a Syncopy Production and the score is being composed by Ludwig Göransson.
