The Kissing Booth 3 Launching on Netflix in 2021

Netflix has announced that The Kissing Booth 3 is coming to the streaming service in 2021. In a YouTube video you can watch below, the cast revealed the third installment was filmed at the same time as The Kissing Booth 2, which was just released on July 24.

“We filmed two and three at the exact same time,” Joel Courtney said. “It was the hardest secret to keep ever,” Joey King added.

The cast revealed that some days they filmed scenes for both the second installment and The Kissing Booth 3, which was tricky at times.

In The Kissing Booth 3, it’s the summer before Elle (Joey King) heads to college, and she has a secret: She got into both Harvard, where her dreamy boyfriend Noah (Jacob Elordi) goes, and Berkeley, where her BFF Lee (Joel Courtney) is going. Which path will Elle choose?

Taylor Zakhar Perez, Maisie Richardson-Sellers, Meganne Young, and Molly Ringwald also star in the films.

In The Kissing Booth 2, Elle Evans (King) just had the most romantic summer of her life with her reformed bad-boy boyfriend Noah Flynn (Elordi). But now Noah is off to Harvard, and Elle heads back to high school for her senior year.

She’ll have to juggle a long-distance relationship, getting into her dream college with her best friend Lee (Courtney), and the complications brought on by a close friendship with a handsome, charismatic new classmate named Marco (Perez).

When Noah grows close to a seemingly-perfect college girl (Richardson-Sellers), Elle will have to decide how much she trusts him and to whom her heart truly belongs.

Director and screenwriter Vince Marcello returns for the sequel, based on The Kissing Booth books by Beth Reekles (check prizes at Amazon). The movies are produced by Marcello, Michele Weisler, Andrew Cole-Bulgin, and Edward Glauser. The production company is Komixx Entertainment Inc.

The first movie launched globally on Netflix on May 11, 2018 and is described as follows:

“When Elle Evans (Joey King), a pretty, late-bloomer who’s never-been-kissed, decides torun a kissing booth at her high school’s Spring Carnival, she unexpectedly finds herself locking lips with her secret crush– the ultimate bad boy, Noah Flynn (Jacob Elordi).

Sparks fly, but there’s one little problem: Noah just happens to be the brother of her best friend, Lee, (Joel Courtney) and is absolutely off limits according to the rules of their friendship pact. Elle’s life is turned upside down when she realizes that she must ultimately make a choice: follow the rules or follow her heart.”
