Terrifying New Mutants Scene and Final Poster

Disney’s 20th Century Studios has released a terrifying New Mutants scene to get your heart racing and the final poster to celebrate today’s wide release in theaters.

The New Mutants has been rated PG-13 for violent content, some disturbing/bloody images, some strong language, thematic elements and suggestive material.

The New Mutants is an original horror thriller set in an isolated hospital where a group of young mutants is being held for psychiatric monitoring. When strange occurrences begin to take place, both their new mutant abilities and their friendships will be tested as they battle to try and make it out alive.

The film’s cast includes Anya Taylor-Joy as Illyana Rasputin/Magik, a Russian mutant with sorcery powers and the sister of Colossus; Maisie Williams as Rahne Sinclair/Wolfsbane, a Scottish mutant with the power to turn into a wolf; and Charlie Heaton as Sam Guthrie/Cannonball, an American mutant who can propel himself into the air.

Also starring are Henry Zaga as Roberto da Costa/Sunspot, a Brazilian mutant with the ability to manipulate solar energy; and Blu Hunt as Danielle Moonstar/Mirage, a Native American mutant who has the power to create illusions from the fears and desires of a person’s mind.

Alice Braga appears as Cecilia Reyes, a mentor to the group and a medical doctor who has the ability to generate a protective bio-field around herself.

Directed by Josh Boone (The Fault in Our Stars), 20th Century StudiosThe New Mutants was written by Boone and Knate Lee. The producers are Simon Kinberg, Karen Rosenfelt, and Lauren Shuler Donner.

The executive producers are Stan Lee and Michele Imperato Stabile. The movie is an adaptation of the comic book series created by Chris Claremont and Bob McLeod. You can get your The New Mutants tickets by clicking here.
