Stranger Things Season 4 Cast Videos the Table Read!

The gang’s all here! The Stranger Things Season 4 cast reunited in Atlanta over the weekend for the table read of the upcoming episodes. Go behind the scenes with the Stranger Things Season 4 cast in the video below.

Last month, Netflix released the “From Russia with Love” teaser for Stranger Things Season 4. The video gave us a first look at David Harbour’s Hopper, the popular character that many thought wouldn’t be returning after the third season.

When the video was revealed, the Duffer Brothers said: “We’re excited to officially confirm that production on Stranger Things 4 is now underway — and even more excited to announce the return of Hopper! Although it’s not all good news for our “American”; he is imprisoned far from home in the snowy wasteland of Kamchatka, where he will face dangers both human… and other.

“Meanwhile, back in the states, a new horror is beginning to surface, something long buried, something that connects everything….

“Season 4 is shaping up to be the biggest and most frightening season yet, and we cannot wait for everyone to see more. In the meantime — pray for the American.”

The fourth season is expected to consist of eight episodes, which would be on par with the episode counts for Seasons 1 and 3. Season 2 consisted of nine episodes. Here’s a breakdown of the three seasons so far.

Stranger Things: A love letter to the ’80s classics that captivated a generation, Stranger Things is set in 1983 Indiana, where a young boy vanishes into thin air. As friends, family and local police search for answers, they are drawn into an extraordinary mystery involving top-secret government experiments, terrifying supernatural forces and one very strange little girl.

Stranger Things 2: It’s 1984 and the citizens of Hawkins, Indiana are still reeling from the horrors of the Demogorgon and the secrets of Hawkins Lab. Will Byers has been rescued from the Upside Down but a bigger, sinister entity still threatens those who survived.

Stranger Things 3: It’s 1985 in Hawkins, Indiana, and summer’s heating up. School’s out, there’s a brand new mall in town, and the Hawkins crew are on the cusp of adulthood. Romance blossoms and complicates the group’s dynamic, and they’ll have to figure out how to grow up without growing apart.

Meanwhile, danger looms. When the town’s threatened by enemies old and new, Eleven and her friends are reminded that evil never ends; it evolves. Now they’ll have to band together to survive, and remember that friendship is always stronger than fear.

When the Season 4 announcement was made, the streaming service also said they had signed series creators and showrunners The Duffer Brothers to a multi-year film and series overall deal.

Stranger Things is a Netflix Original Series created by The Duffer Brothers and produced by Monkey Massacre Productions & 21 Laps Entertainment. The Duffer Brothers serve as executive producers on the series alongside Shawn Levy and Dan Cohen of 21 Laps Entertainment and Iain Paterson.
