Starz (start your free trial) has announced the movie and TV titles coming to the service in May. The Starz May 2021 lineup includes the premieres of The Girlfriend Experience, Run the World, and Death and Nightingales.
The third season of the critically-acclaimed anthology series The Girlfriend Experience, from Academy Award-winning filmmaker Steven Soderbergh, will have a double-episode premiere (episodes 301 and 302) on Sunday, May 2 at 8:00PM ET/PT and 8:30PM ET/PT.
The comedy series Run the World, created by Leigh Davenport, who will executive produce alongside showrunner Yvette Lee Bowser, will premiere worldwide on Sunday, May 16 at 8:30PM ET/PT.
The new three-part limited series Death and Nightingales, starring three-time Golden Globe nominee Matthew Rhys, premieres Sunday, May 16 at 10:00PM ET/PT following the premiere of Run the World and the series finale of Confronting a Serial Killer.
The Starz May 2021 schedule features the finale of limited series The Gloaming as well. Episodes of Step Up: High Water will also air every Friday night in May on Starz at 8PM ET/PT:
STARZ Encore will air Westerns every Sunday morning at 10AM ET/PT, including The Lone Hand, Winchester ’73 (1950), Black Horse Canyon, The Rare Breed, and The Long Riders.
STARZ Cinema will celebrate the World of Cinema every Wednesday night in May at 10:00PM PT/ET with films like Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Seven Years in Tibet, In My Country, and Maudie. STARZ Comedy will feature seasons one and two of Party Down in a Memorial Day marathon starting at 1:00PM ET/PT.
