Watch an Extended Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse Clip!

Opening in U.S. theaters on December 14

Following the news that both a sequel and a spinoff are already in development, Sony Pictures has released an extended Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse clip! The clip features Peter Parker teaching Miles Morales how to swing as Spidey, as well as Hailee Steinfeld’s Gwen Stacy.

The film will release in international theaters starting on December 12, while it opens in U.S. theaters on December 14.

Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, the creative minds behind The LEGO Movie and 21 Jump Street, bring their unique talents to a fresh vision of a different Spider-Man Universe, with a groundbreaking visual style that’s the first of its kind. Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse introduces Brooklyn teen Miles Morales, and the limitless possibilities of the Spider-Verse, where more than one can wear the mask.

Directed by Bob Persichetti, Peter Ramsey, and Rodney Rothman, the film’s voice cast includes Shameik Moore, Hailee Steinfeld, Mahershala Ali, Jake Johnson, Liev Schreiber, Brian Tyree Henry, Luna Lauren Velez, Lily Tomlin, Kimiko Glenn, John Mulaney, and Nicolas Cage.
