Shudder June 2023 Schedule and Summer Films

AMC Networks‘ Shudder has announced the movie highlights for next month and provided us with their summer film premiere schedule. The Shudder June 2023 lineup includes horror, thriller and supernatural titles.

The Shudder June 2023 premieres include Brooklyn 45, The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs Season 5B, Quicksand, and Children of the Corn.

Brooklyn 45 (Shudder Original Film) – New Film Premieres Friday, June 9
Five military veterans, best friends since childhood, gather to support their troubled host, and the metaphoric ghosts of their past become all too literal.

Starring Anne Ramsay (A League of Their Own), Ron E. Rains (The Onion’s Film Standard) and Jeremy Holm (House of Cards).

On The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs, Joe Bob Briggs hosts eclectic horror movie double features, expounding upon their merits, histories and significance to genre cinema.

Quicksand (Shudder Original Film) – New Film Premieres Friday, June 23
An American couple, on the brink of divorce, travel to Colombia for a work conference. While on a hike through the rainforest, a storm causes them to become trapped in a pit of quicksand.

Unable to move, it becomes a struggle for survival as they battle the elements of the jungle and a venomous snake, in order to escape. Starring Carolina Gaitan (Encanto) and Allan Hawco (Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan).

Children of the Corn (Shudder Exclusive) – New Film Premieres Friday, June 30
Possessed by a spirit in a dying cornfield, a twelve-year-old girl in Nebraska recruits the other children in her small town to go on a bloody rampage and kill all the adults and anyone else who opposes her. A bright high schooler who won’t go along with the plan is the town’s only hope of survival.

Starring Elena Kampouris (Before I Fall), Kate Moyer (Station Eleven), Callan Mulvey (The Gray Man) and Bruce Spence (The Road Warrior).
