Today, we have a brand new trailer for the upcoming Netflix nature documentary Surviving Paradise: A Family Tale. You can check out the new trailer on YouTube.
Surviving Paradise: A Family Tale will be released on the streaming service on March 3, 2022. The nature film will be narrated by Regé-Jean Page (Bridgerton).
Surviving Paradise explores the Okavango Delta, a vast oasis isolated from the rest of the world by an unforgiving desert.
It’s also a refuge, built and maintained daily by its inhabitants; in return, it caters to their every need.
Big cats may appear to reign here, but in reality, the fate of every creature, great and small, is intertwined.
This film explores the blueprints for building the perfect world, managing it sustainably, and maintaining it – despite extremes of drought, famine, and flood.
Most crucially, it spotlights those passing the secret formula on to their descendants, who will find it harder than ever before to keep their Eden intact.
The upcoming nature film is narrated by Regé-Jean Page, and the director of photography is Brad Bestelink. The director and producer is Renee Godfrey.
The editor and co-director is Matt Meech. The executive producer for Surviving Paradise: A Family Tale is James Honeyborne.
The runtime for the special is 78 minutes. Regé-Jean Page is known for his work in the Netflix series Bridgerton, though he won’t be a regular character in the second season of the historical fantasy series.
In Bridgerton, Page plays the role of Simon Basset, Duke of Hastings. Page was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for his work in the series.
