New Terminator Movie Now Also Targeting November 1, 2019

Wonder Woman 1984‘s vacated November 1, 2019 release date appears to be a coveted spot, as Paramount Pictures‘ new Terminator movie has now also moved there from its previous November 15, 2019 date. Sony Pictures’ Charlie’s Angels moved to November 1, 2019 just hours after the announcement that Wonder Woman 1984 was being pushed back to June 5, 2019.

We’ll have to wait and see if either Charlie’s Angels or Terminator will end up moving again.

The new Terminator movie has both Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton returning to their iconic roles as The Terminator and Sarah Connor from the first two films.

Directed by Tim Miller (Deadpool), the new story will introduce the next generation of characters played by rising stars Mackenzie Davis (Blade Runner 2049, Halt and Catch Fire), Natalia Reyes (Lady, La Vendedora de Rosas), Gabriel Luna (Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.), and Diego Boneta (Scream Queens, Rock of Ages).

Produced by James Cameron and David Ellison, the upcoming Terminator movie will be a direct sequel to Cameron’s Terminator 2: Judgment Day. The film is executive produced by Dana Goldberg, Don Granger, Bonnie Curtis, Julie Lynn, Tim Miller, John Kelly, and Edward Cheng. The Skydance movie will be distributed domestically by Paramount Pictures and internationally by 20th Century Fox. Tencent Pictures will distribute the film in China.
