Marriage Story Trailers and Posters Reveal Baumbach’s New Film

Netflix has debuted companion trailers and posters for writer and director Noah Baumbach’s Marriage Story, which will open in select theaters and on the streaming service this fall.

“Marriage Story is a love story that reveals itself within the breakdown. With these companion trailers I wanted to show the relationship through the eyes of both characters. There are many sides to every story, and the movie embraces these different viewpoints in order to find the shared truth,” said Noah Baumbach.

Marriage Story is Academy Award-nominated filmmaker Noah Baumbach’s incisive and compassionate portrait of a marriage breaking up and a family staying together. The film stars Scarlett Johansson, Adam Driver, Laura Dern, Alan Alda, Ray Liotta, Julie Hagerty, Merritt Wever and Azhy Robertson, with Wallace Shawn, Martha Kelly, and Mark O’Brien.

The film was produced by David Heyman and Noah Baumbach. Craig Shilowich is the executive producer. Robbie Ryan is the director of photography, Randy Newman is the composer, Jade Healy is the production designer, the editor is Jennifer Lame, and costume design was done by Mark Bridges.
