Love Lies Bleeding Trailer and Posters Debut

A24 has shared the new trailer and three posters for Love Lies Bleeding, the Sundance Film Festival sensation from director Rose Glass (Saint Maud).

Love Lies Bleeding is rated R for violence and grisly images, sexual content, nudity, language throughout, and drug use. The film opens in select theaters on March 8 and everywhere on March 15.

In the electric new love story, reclusive gym manager Lou falls hard for Jackie, an ambitious bodybuilder headed through town to Vegas in pursuit of her dream. But their love ignites violence, pulling them deep into the web of Lou’s criminal family.

The movie stars Kristen Stewart, Katy O’Brian, Jena Malone, and Anna Baryshnikov, with Dave Franco and Ed Harris.

Love Lies Bleeding was written by Rose Glass and Weronika Tofilska. The producers include Andrea Cornwell and Oliver Kassman.

The cinematography is by Ben Fordesman, the editor is Mark Towns, and the music is by Clint Mansell.

The production companies include Film4, Escape Plan, and Lobo Films. A24 is the studio behind such films as Moonlight, Lady Bird, Ex Machina, The Witch, Eighth Grade, and Hereditary.
