Over a year ago, we learned that Dominic Monaghan (The Lord of the Rings films) was reteaming with Lost co-creator J.J. Abrams on Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. While we still don’t know who he is playing, the actor has posted a first look at his character on his social channels. You can check out his photo below!

The film stars Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Anthony Daniels, Naomi Ackie, Domhnall Gleeson, Richard E. Grant, Lupita Nyong’o, Keri Russell, Joonas Suotamo, Kelly Marie Tran, and Billy Dee Williams, who will reprise his role as Lando Calrissian.
Composer John Williams, who has scored every chapter in the Star Wars saga since 1977’s A New Hope, returns to a galaxy far, far away with The Rise of Skywalker, opening in theaters on December 20, 2019.
