Netflix has released a brand new trailer for Season 4 Part 2 of their original series Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. You can watch the trailer above. The series stars Ellie Kemper (Bridesmaids), Jane Krakowski (30 Rock), Tituss Burgess (Set It Up) and Carol Kane (The Princess Bride) and features Jon Hamm (Mad Men).
Here is the tagline for the rest of the season: “Every miracle, every song, every discovery has led to this! Find out if Kimmy gets her happy ending in the final season of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, only on Netflix.”
As the series comes to a hilarious and moving close, Kimmy has to choose between helping her friends, Titus (Tituss Burgess), Jacqueline (Jane Krakowski) and Lillian (Carol Kane), and helping someone she’s never put first before: herself. This final season includes a double-sized Sliding Doors episode exploring how the main characters’ lives might have been different if Kimmy had never been kidnapped.
Unbreakable Kimmy schmidt centers around Kimmy, a 29-year-old woman who has moved to New York City after being rescued from a doomsday cult in Indiana and who had been in an underground bunker with three other women. They were held there by Reverend Richard Wayne Gary Wayne (Hamm).
The series ha been nominated for 18 Primetime Emmy Awards, including Outstanding Comedy Series. Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt premiered on Netflix on March 6, 2015. The first half of the fourth and final season premiered on May 30, 2018.
