“Find the Clues or Die.” That’s the tagline for Sony Pictures‘ new psychological thriller, Escape Room, opening in theaters on January 4, 2019. As you can see in the Escape Room trailer, the tagline is appropriate, considering the characters in the film face some very threatening situations if they don’t figure out the clues quickly.
Escape Room centers on six strangers who find themselves in circumstances beyond their control and must use their wits to find the clues or die. The cast includes Taylor Russell, Logan Miller, Deborah Ann Woll, Jay Ellis, Tyler Labine, Nik Dodani, and Yorick van Wageningen.
The film was directed by Adam Robitel (Insidious: The Last Key) from a script by Bragi Schut and Maria Melnik. Escape Room was produced by Neal H. Moritz and Ori Marmur, and executive produced by Rebecca Rivo.
