Emma Thompson will reprise the role of Agent O for the upcoming new Men in Black movie, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Thompson previously played the head of MIB in 2012’s Men in Black 3, while the younger version of the character was played by Alice Eve.
She is joining a cast that includes Chris Hemsworth and his Thor: Ragnarok co-star Tessa Thompson, as well as Liam Neeson, Kumail Nanjiani, Rafe Spall (Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom), and French dancers Les Twins (Laurent Nicolas and Larry Nicolas Bourgeois).
F. Gary Gray (The Fate of the Furious) is directing the film from a script by Matt Holloway and Art Marcum. Walter F. Parkes and Laurie MacDonald, who produced the original movies, are back as producers, and Steven Spielberg is returning as executive producer.
Sony Pictures will release the movie in theaters on June 14, 2019.
